摘要
Energy-conservationbasedgenerationdispatchingistherevolutionarychangeinoperationmodewhichcouldreduceenergyconsumptionandpollutantemissions,promotepowerindustryrestructuring,andachievesustainabledevelopment.Socialbenefitevaluationoftheenergy-conservationbasedgenerationdispatchingunderthenewsituationandenvironmenthascomeintobeingasanimportanttheoreticalissue.Anewscenarioanalysisbasedsocialbenefitevaluatingmethod,whichisimplementedbycomparingtheenergyconsumptionandpollutantemissionsofdifferentscenariosdefinedbythekeyindicators,i.e.,loadfactorandcoalconsumptionstructure,isproposedinthepaper.Thenthecompositionofsocialbenefitisanalyzedfromthepointofthedispatchingmodeandthecoalconsumptionstructure.Themethodproposedisofclearphysicalmeaning.Itisnotonlypractical,butalsoapplicablefortheimplementationofenergy-conservationbasedgenerationdispatchingindifferentphasesandwithdifferentgoals.
