摘要 Rat-1cellsweretransfectedwithDNAfromhumanesophagealcancer2K,4K,6K,7K.8K.Thetransformingfociwereobtainedandthetransformingcelllineswereestablished.Thecelllinescanformlargercolonyinsoftagar.Thosenudemiceinjectedsubcutaneouslywiththecellssufferedfromlargerfibroussarcoma.Thisindicatesthatthecelllineshavecarcinogenicity.TheexperimentalresultssuggestthathumanDNAsequenceandhumanHa-rasspecial616Kb(BamHI)bandarepresentintheDNAofthetransformingcells.Theover-expressionofrasgeneproductsP21werefoundinthetissuesofexophagealcancer,thetissuesadjacenttotumorandthetransformingcells.
