摘要
Sphere-likemesoporousCdSnanocrystalswithhighcrystallinityandbigsurfaceareaweresuccessfullyfabricatedbyultrasoundirradiationatroomtemperature.Theas-synthesizedCdSwithandwithoutultrasoundirradiationwasinvestigatedbythecharacterizationsofX-raydiffraction(XRD),scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),transmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM),andBrunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)surfaceareas.ThephotocatalyticactivityoftheCdSwasevaluatedbyphotocatalyticdegradationofmethylorangeundervisiblelight(λ>420nm)irradiation.ApossiblemechanismfortheformationoftheCdSnanocrystalswithmesoporousstructureunderultrasoundirradiationwasproposed.TheresultsshowthatboththetemplateroleofthetriblockcopolymerofP123andtheeffectofultrasound-inducedaggregationaremainlyresponsiblefortheformationofmesoporousstructure.Ontheotherhand,theenergygeneratedfromacousticcavitationcaneffectivelyacceleratethecrystallizationprocessoftheamorphousCdS.
