Technical and economic analysis of Ni-containing hot metal production with laterite in blast furnaces-中国期刊网

摘要 Inrecentyears,manyNi-containingmaterialsmanufacturedfromlateritehaveplayedasignificantroleinsupportingtherapiddevelopmentofthestainlesssteelindustryinChina.Currently,pyrometallurgyisthemainprocessforlateritesmelting,whereblastfurnacesareemployedtomakeNi-containinghotmetal.Withtheaimofgivingsomereferencesformakinggooduseoflaterite,technicalandeconomicanalysiswasconductedinthispaper,basedonthediscussionofthekeytechnologiesofNi-containinghotmetalproductionwithlaterite(50.4%Fe)inblastfurnaces.
