摘要 TheRho/Rho-associatedcoiled-coilcontainingproteinkinase(Rho/ROCK)pathwayisamajorsignalingpathwayinthecentralnervoussystem,transducinginhibitorysignalstoblockregeneration.Aftercentralnervoussystemdamage,themaincauseofimpairedregenerationisthepresenceoffactorsthatstronglyinhibitregenerationinthesurroundingmicroenvironment.ThesefactorssignalthroughtheRho/ROCKsignalingpathwaytoinhibitregeneration.Therefore,athoroughunderstandingoftheRho/ROCKsignalingpathwayiscrucialforadvancingstudiesonregenerationandrepairoftheinjuredcentralnervoussystem.
