Spin-cluster glass state in U（Ga0.95Mn0.05）3-中国期刊网

摘要 Wereportthestudyofalowtemperatureclusterglassstatein5%Mn-dopedUGa3heavyfermioncompound.Thiscompoundtransformsfromaparamagneticstatetoaspin-clusterglassstate,whichisconfirmedbymeasuringthedcsusceptibilityandmagnetization.Theacsusceptibilityexhibitsafrequency-dependentpeakaroundTf,whichprovidesdirectevidenceoftheclusterglassstate.Byanalyzingthefield-dependentmagnetizationandfrequency-dependentacsusceptibilityindetail,wededucethatthiscompoundformsaspin-clusterglassstatebelowTf.
