摘要
WecollectedacornsfromselectedQuercusroburandQuercuspetraeamothertreesgrowingatstationswithdifferentdepthstothewatertable.Weproducedpairsofmicro-cuttingsfromthesesingleacorns.Theobtainedpairsofcuttingsrepresentedphenotypesofhighsimilarityaccordingtophotosyntheticparameters.Thesepairsofcuttingswereusedtotesttheplasticityofresponsetocontrastingwaterregimes.Foreachpair,onecuttingwassubmittedtodroughtandtheotherwassubmittedtowaterlogging.Droughtresponsewasrecordedaccordingtogasexchangetraits(stomatalclosureandwateruseefficiency).TheresponsetowaterloggingwasrecordedaccordingtothecapacitytoformhypertrophiedlenticelsandtomaintaintheCO2assimilationrate.Intermediaryphenotypespresentingbothhighwateruseefficiencyandthecapacitytodevelophypertrophiedlenticelswereexpected.
