摘要 Theexperimentsongoldsolubilityinaminoacidsolutionmdicatethatgoldisveryintensivelysolubleinaminoacid(orotherorganicacids),whichisextensivelypresentingeologicalbodies,andismostsolubleinhistidine.Thetemperatureandconcentration,acidityandtypeofaminoacidinthesolutionareimportantfactorsaffectinggold-aminoacidcomplexing.Thesolubilityofgoldinaminoacidisdifferentunderdifferentconditionsoftemperature,aminoacidconcentrationandpHvalueofthesolution,At80℃andpH=6-8,goldismostsolubleinaminoacid.Golddispersedinwaterandrockscouldbeconcentratedandtransportedbyaminoacidandthenprecipitatedinfavorableloci.Aminoacidsmighthaveplayedanimportantroleinmetallogenesisaswellasintheformationofsourcebedsofgold.Nitrogen,oxygenandsulfurinaminoacidmighthavereactedwithgoldtoformsolublecomplexions.
