摘要
Alaboratoryexperimentwasconductedinsideawindwavetanktoinvestigatethewaveinducedturbulence.Inthisexperiment,thewavesurfaceelevationandvelocitybeneaththewatersurfaceweremeasuredsimultaneouslytoinvestigatetherelationbetweenthewavestatusandwaveinducedturbulence.TheprofileoftheturbulentdissipationrateandReynoldsstresswerecalculatedusingexperimentaldata.Theeffectofthewavestatusonturbulenceisinvestigatedwithregardtothewindwave,swell,andmixedwaveconditions.Itwasdepictedthattheturbulencedecreasedwithincreasingdepthfromthewatersurfaceandthattheturbulencethatwasinducedbyawavewithlargerwavelengthandwaveheightismuchstrongerforthesamewavestatus.Finally,weobservedthatthewindwaveismoreeffectiveinactivatingthewaveinducedturbulence.
