摘要 Inthepresentstudythemembranefoulinginmicrofiltrationusedforcellharvestinginadeadendsystemhasbeeninvestigated.experimentalresultswereanalysedintermsofexitingmembranefiltrationmodelsandmembraneresistances.Thecakefiltrationmodel(CFM)andstandardblockingmodel(SBM)havebeenconsideredinthisstudy.Variousmembraneresistancesweredeterminedatdifferentprocessingtime,feedconcentrationandstirringspeed.Resistancestopermeationinthissystemincludefiltermedium,poreblocking,adsorption,cakelayerandconcentrationpolarization.
