摘要
Inthispaper,theeffectsofsecond-orderdifference-frequencywaveforcesontheglobalmotionofanoffshorewindturbinesystemwithalargedisplacementunderthesurvivalconditionarestudied.Inthiscase,thehydrodynamicforceisthemainforcebecausethebladesarefeatheredtoreducetheliftingforce.Thefirst-orderhydrodynamicforcesarecalculatedbyWADAM,whilethesecond-orderwaveforcesarecalculatedbyacustomizedMATLABmodule.ThenthehydrodynamiccoefficientsaretransferredtothewindturbineanalyticalcodeFAST.Throughthecomparisonsofdynamicresponsesbetweenthefirst-andsecond-ordernumericalmodels,itisfoundthatthesecond-orderwaveforcessignificantlyinfluencethemotionoffloatingwindturbineunderthesurvivalcondition.Moreover,neglectingthesecond-orderforcesignificantlyunderestimatesthetensionforcesinthemooringlines.
