Two-dimensional(2D)materialshaveattractedgreatresearchinterestsduetotheiruniqueproperties.2DMoS2,unlikeitsbulkformwhichwidelyusedassolidlubricantandcatalyst,isofbrilliantapplicationprospectinnanoelectronicsandoptoelectrnics.Theelectronicdevicesworkinkindsofradiationenvironment.Toevaluatetheionradiationeffectsonmaterialpropertiesandstabilityofdevice,theswiftheavyionradiationeffectonsingle-layerMoS2wasstudiedinthiswork[1??2].
