Thispapercapturesdatafromacollaborativeschooldistrict-universitydesignedcasestudythatlooksintosecondaryin-serviceteachers’perceptionsofwhatafirst-yearteachershouldknowandbeabletodotobepreparedtobesuccessfulinhisorherclassroom.Theseinsightshelpedtodesignateam-taughtcourseinFall2017forpreservicesocialstudiesteachersandtolaytheframeworkforfutureteaminginitiativesintheCollegeofEducationandtheschooldistrict.
