摘要
Thetransportofdangerousgoodsalwaysrepresentsapotentialrisktolife,humanhealth,property,andenvironmentalprotection.Forthisreasonandinordertopreservethelivesandhealthoftheparticipantsinthetransportprocess,adequateprotectionmeasuresmustbetakenbefore,during,andafterthetransportofdangerousgoods.Sincetherailwayitselfisarecipientofdangerousgoodsthatareessentialforitsownoperation,andisalsoacarrieroflargequantitiesofvariousdangerousgoods,thesemeasuresareofparamountimportance.Thispaperexamines,fromapointofviewoftheprotectionoflivesandhealthoftheparticipantsinthetransportprocessandthesafetransportofdangerousgoods,theconditionsofshipmentandtransportofdangerousgoods,theobligationsoftheparticipants,andtheessentialwaysfortheirproperhandling.Properapplicationofsafetyatworkpreventsimpromptuandindolentattitudeintransportingdangerousgoods,thuscontributingtoprotectionofpeoplelivesandhealth.Finally,thispaperincludespreventivemeasuresandbasicprinciplesforimplementationofsafetyatworkinthetransportofdangerousgoods.
