Engine speed reduction for hydraulic machinery using predictive algorithms

摘要 Thispaperpresentsananalysisofthepotentialforenginespeedreductioninhydraulicequipment,takingintoaccountnotonlytheminimumenginespeedrequiredtomeetthecurrentflowdemand,butalsotheminimumspeedcapableofacceleratingtheenginetomeetincreasedflowdemandinthenearfuture.Thisisapredictivetask,asitrequiresanestimateoftheoperator'sintentiontoincreaseflowdemand.Wepresentananalysisofthepotentialforenginespeedreductionusingaworkcyclefroma40tonexcavatorloadingatruck,whichresultsinapotential33%reductioninthemeanenginespeedwithnoreductioninusefulworkrate.Wealsopresenttwonewenginespeedcontrolalgorithmstoperformthispredictivetask.
