摘要
Thispaperpresentsananalysisofthepotentialforenginespeedreductioninhydraulicequipment,takingintoaccountnotonlytheminimumenginespeedrequiredtomeetthecurrentflowdemand,butalsotheminimumspeedcapableofacceleratingtheenginetomeetincreasedflowdemandinthenearfuture.Thisisapredictivetask,asitrequiresanestimateoftheoperator'sintentiontoincreaseflowdemand.Wepresentananalysisofthepotentialforenginespeedreductionusingaworkcyclefroma40tonexcavatorloadingatruck,whichresultsinapotential33%reductioninthemeanenginespeedwithnoreductioninusefulworkrate.Wealsopresenttwonewenginespeedcontrolalgorithmstoperformthispredictivetask.
