摘要
Afiniteelementbasedsensitivityanalysismethodforpreformdieshapedesigninmetalforgingisdeveloped.Theoptimizationgoalistoobtainmoreuniformdeformationwithinthefinalforgingbycontrollingthedeformationuniformity.Theobjectivefunctionexpressedbytheeffectivestrainisconstructed.Thesensitivityequationsoftheobjectivefunction,elementalvolume,elementaleffectivestrainrateandtheelementalstrainratewithrespecttothedesignvariablesareconstituted.ThepreformdieshapesofanH-shapedforgingprocessinaxisymmetricdeformationaredesignedusingthismethod.
