Thenowworld,Knowledge-basedeconomyisalreadytoseetheclue.TheexpertpointsoutthatmankindaregoingintoaKnowledge-basedeconomictimes.Possession,disposition,production,distributionandapplicationknowledge(intelligence)resourcesarebecomesanimportantfactortodevelopeconomyofthetimes.Thenucleusofknowledge-basedeconomydependsonknowledgeinnovation.Andthemodemlibraryisasthecollectinganddistributingcenterofknowledgeproduct-documentinforma-tion,andshouldbreaktraditionalconcept,andbuildupinnovatingconsciousness,andstrengthensinnovat-ingmanagement,andbetterexertthefunctionofmedicallibraryformeetingthearrivalofknowledgeecon-omy.
