摘要
Theadaptivereconstructionforthelostinformationoftherectangularimageareaisveryimportantfortherobusttransmissionandrestorationoftheimage.Inthispaper,anewreconstructionmethodbasedontheDiscreteCosineTransform(DCT)domainhasbeenputforward.AccordingtothelowpasscharacterofthehumanvisualsystemandtheenergydistributionoftheDCTcoefficientsontherectangularboundary,theDCTcoefficientsoftherectangularimageareaareadaptivelyselectedandrecovered.AftertheInverseDiscreteCosineTransform(IDCT),thelostinformationoftherectangularimageareacanbereconstructed.Theexperimentshavedemonstratedthatthesubjectiveandobjectivequalitiesofthereconstructedimagesareenhancedgreatlythanbefore.
