ADAPTIVE RECONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE FOR THE LOST INFORMATION OF THE RECTANGULAR IMAGE AREA-中国期刊网

摘要 Theadaptivereconstructionforthelostinformationoftherectangularimageareaisveryimportantfortherobusttransmissionandrestorationoftheimage.Inthispaper,anewreconstructionmethodbasedontheDiscreteCosineTransform(DCT)domainhasbeenputforward.AccordingtothelowpasscharacterofthehumanvisualsystemandtheenergydistributionoftheDCTcoefficientsontherectangularboundary,theDCTcoefficientsoftherectangularimageareaareadaptivelyselectedandrecovered.AftertheInverseDiscreteCosineTransform(IDCT),thelostinformationoftherectangularimageareacanbereconstructed.Theexperimentshavedemonstratedthatthesubjectiveandobjectivequalitiesofthereconstructedimagesareenhancedgreatlythanbefore.
