摘要
WiththebackgroundofthecontrolofadditionalmechanicalforcedroplettransferinMIG/MAGwelding,regardingtheACservomotorascore,anoveloscillatingwirefeedingsystemhasbeendevelopedwithexcellentperformancesofcontrolanddynamicaccelerationwhichistested.Systemconstitutionandoperationprincipleareintroducedinthispaper.Influencesofparametersondynamicaccelerationperformanceareanalyzedanddiscussedemphatically,suchasoscillatingfrequency,oscillatingamplitudeanddraw-backspeed.Experimentalresultindicatesthataccordingtothetechniqueofweldingcontrol,thenovelwirefeedingsystemrespondsrapidlytovariouskindsofcontrolordersofwirefeedinganddraw-back,andrealizesflexiblecontrolofweldingwireaxialmovement,includingdynamicshifting,oscillatingandsoon.
