不同手术方法治疗腹股沟疝气的临床观察

摘要
摘要目的对不同手术方法治疗腹股沟疝气的临床效果进行分析探讨。方法将我院2013年1月～2015年3月收治的112例腹股沟疝气患者随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组56例患者行传统疝修补术，观察组56例患者行无张力疝修补术，对比两组患者的手术效果。

Results

operation
time
of
the
observation
group
waslonger
than
that
of
the
control
group
the
amount
of
bleeding
in
operation
was
less
than
that
of
the
control
group
and
the
length
ofhospital
stay
was
shorter
than
that
of
the
control
group
(P<
0.05).
The
effective
rate
of
observation
group
was
100%
the
effective
rateof
control
group
was
83.93%
the
effective
rate
of
observation
group
was
significantly
higher
than
that
of
control
group
(P<
0.05).
