摘要
Urbanforestisanimportantcompositionandthewindowandsoulofmoderncities,whichhasacloserelationshipwithecologicalenvironmentandinvestingenvironment.SourbanforesthasbeenconstructedinChina.HuainingCountycouldholdofthehistoricalopportunityandcomeupwiththegreatblueprintofforestecologicalnetworksystemconstructionforthenewtown.Thispapermainlyintroducestheguidingideas,principles,goalsandoveralllayoutsoftheconstructioninthenewtown,andhopethatitwillbeamodelforothercounty-levelforestecologicalnetworksystemconstructioninChina.
