摘要
Inthisstudy,weinvestigatedthepreventiveeffectsofaprobioticpreparation(MiyaBM)containingClostridiumbutyricumsporesagainstthesideeffectsofHelicobacterpylorieradication.Theratswereadministeredomeprazole,amoxicillinandclarithromycin,whichcombinationofdrugswasanewtriple-therapyproposedforthefirstlinetherapybytheguidelineofthetreatmentofH.pyloriinfectioninJapan.ObligateanaerobesandLactobacillusweredecreasedmarkedly,whileaerobeswereincreasedafterthethreedrugsadministration.Moreover,Clostridiumdifficilecausativeofantibioticassociateddiarrheawasisolatedfromfecesafterthe7th.AdministrationofMiyaBMdecreasedthenumberofC.difficileinthefecesandincreasedtheshortchainfattyacidsintheintestinalcontents.
