摘要
摘要目的探讨针对老年急性髓细胞白血病患者应用CAG方案(阿糖胞苷和阿克拉霉素联合粒细胞集落刺激因子)治疗的临床效果.方法选取我院接诊该病６０例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,观察组(３０例)应用CAG方案,对照组(３０例)应用标准化疗方案.观察两组治疗后疗效和不良反应情况.结果经治疗后观察组症状总缓解率７３．３３％(２２/３０),高于对照组３６．６７％(１１/３０)P＜０．０５;观察组治疗期间发生不良反应率低于对照组(P＜０．０５).结论针对老年急性髓细胞白血病患者,应用CAG方案治疗疗效确切且不良反应率低,有临床推广应用价值.关键词老年急性髓细胞白血病患者;CAG方案;标准化疗AbstractObjectiveDiscusstheclinicaleffectofCAGregimeninthetreatmentofelderlypatientswithacutemyeloidleukemia．MethodSelectourhospiＧt(aladmissionsofthedisease６０casesastheresearchobject,randomlydividedintotwogroups,theobservationgroupandthecontrolgroup,theobservationgroup３０cases)CAGregimenwasused,theapplicationofstandardchemotherapytothecontrolgroup(３０cases)．Theefficacyandadversereactionsofthetwogroupsw(ereobservedaftertreatment．ResultAftertreatment,thetotalresponseratewas７３．３３％(２２/３０),whichwashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup３６．６７％１１/３０)P＜０．０５,andtheadversereactionrateintheobservationgroupwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P＜０．０５)．ConclusionFortheelderlypatientswithacutemyeloidleukemia,theapplicationofCAGregimeninthetreatmentofdefinitecurativeeffectandlowadversereactionrate,hasclinicalapplicationvalＧue．KeywordsElderlypatientswithacutemyeloidleukemia;CAGregimen;Standardchemotherapy中图分类号R７３３．７文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０７１４－０２
