摘要
摘要目的探讨脑血管接入放射诊治中患者的X射线评价.方法选取我院自２０１３年１１月－２０１４年１１月间收治的脑血管疾病患者９８例作为研究对象,其中脑血管造影诊断患者５６例,脑血管栓塞治疗患者４２例,通过使用DSA机检测面积剂量(DAP)和入射表面剂量(ESD),然后使用转换因子估算有效的剂量.结果其中血管诊断组和栓塞治疗组患者的３个数据差异具有统计学意义,P＜０．０５.结论在脑血管疾病的诊断治疗中由于会受到大剂量X射线的伤害,因此通过减少摄影总帧数量有效的降低辐射损伤.关键词脑血管疾病;X射线辐射;介入性放射诊治Diagnosisandtreatmentofcerebralvascularinterventionalradiologyinthepatient＇sX－rayemissionevaluationAbstractobjectivetoexplorecerebralvascularaccessinpatientsofdiagnosisandtreatmentofradiationX－rayevaluation．SelectionmethodsourhospiＧtalsinceNovember２０１３－November２０１４were９８casesofpatientswithcerebrovasculardiseaseastheresearchobject,thepatientswithcerebralangiographyinthediagnosisof５６cases,４２patientswithcerebralvascularembolization,throughtheuseofDSAmachinedetectionareadose(DAP)andtheincidentsurfacedose(ESD),andthenusetheconversionfactortoestimatetheeffectivedose．Resultsthepatientswithvasculardiagnosisandembolizationgroupofthreedatastatisticallysignificantdifference,P＜０．０５)．Conclusioninthediagnosisandtreatmentofcerebrovasculardiseasesduetothedamagealargedosesofx－rays,sobyrKeedyucwionrgdsthetotalnumberofframesphotographyeffectivelyreduceradiationdamage．Cerebrovasculardisease;Xrayradiation;Interventionaldiagnosisandtreatmentofradiation中图分类号R１４２文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０６６４－０２
