摘要
摘要目的探讨改良双钢板治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效.方法选取我院收治的８２例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予改良双钢板治疗,对照组给予传统单侧钢板内固定治疗,对比两组患者术后膝关节功能恢复情况.结果经Merchant评分标准可知,观察组膝关节功能恢复优良率为９７．５６％,对照组膝关节功能恢复优良率为７５．６１％,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,P＜０．０５;结论改良双钢板治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折疗效显著,值得临床推广使用.关键词改良;双钢板;复杂胫骨平台骨折;效果ImproveddoublesteelplateeffectoftreatmentofcomplextibialplateaufracturesZhouAnlingZhongjiangcounty,sichuanprovincepeople＇shospital;Sichuandeyang６１８１００AbstractObjectivetostudytheimprovementofdoublesteelplateclinicalcurativeeffectforthetreatmentofcomplextibialplateaufractures．Methodsselectourhospital８２casesofpatientswithcomplextibialplateaufracturesastheresearchobject,wererandomlydividedintoobservationgroupandcontrolgroup,theobservationgroupwasgivenimproveddoublesteelplatetreatment,thecontrolgroupgiventhetraditionalsteelplateinterＧnalfixationtreatmentofunilateral,comparedtwogroupsofpatientswithpostoperativekneefunctionrecovery．ResultsafterthebreakscoringcriteＧria,theobservationgroupkneefunctionalrecoverywas９７．５６％,thecontrolofkneejointfunctionrecoveryis７５．６１％,thetreatmenteffectofobservaＧtiongroupwasobviouslybetterthancontrolgroup,P＜０．０５;Conclusiontheimproveddoublesteelcomplextibialplateaufractureswithobvioustherapeuticeffect,worthclinicalpromotion．Keywordsimproved;Doublesteelplate;Complextibialplateaufracture．Theeffect中图分类号R６８３文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０６４３－０１
