激励式心理干预对初产妇产程情况及分娩结局的应用效果研究

(北京市西城区妇幼保健院妇产科 北京 100052) 【摘 要】 目的:探究激励式心理干预对初产妇产程情况及分娩结局的应用效果。方法:选择至我院分娩的初产妇共180例,时间段为2016.8.15-2017.8.15,分为两组产妇,常规组选择传统护理,实验组选择激励式心理干预,将两组的护理效果进行综合分析。结果:实验组护理后的SAS、SDA评分相比常规组明显更低,P<0.05;实验组产程所需时间相比常规组均明显更短,P<0.05;实验组产妇出血量、感染率、卧床时间相比常规组均明显更少(短),P<0.05;实验组新生儿的Apgar评分相比常规组明显更高,P<0.05。结论:对初产妇给予激励式心理干预措施,便于改善其负性情绪与分娩结局,将其产程进一步缩短,值得采纳。 【
