摘要：地方高校招生经验不足，缺乏专业特色或办学特色，容易丧失市场竞争力，其人才选拔和生源素质甄别均会遇到一定的障碍。为此，本文探讨了新高考改革背景下地方高校在招生模式中的变化。同时，解析了地方高校在新高考改革背景下所面临的招生困境，及其突破方向和发展策略，希望为经验尚欠的地方高校提供招生参考，以支持地方高校优化招生质量，达到预期的招生水平。
Local colleges and universities have insufficient enrollment experience, lack of professional characteristics or school-running characteristics, and they are easy to lose their market competitiveness. The selection of talents and the screening of the quality of students will encounter certain obstacles. For this reason, this paper discusses the changes in the enrollment mode of local colleges and universities under the background of the new college entrance examination reform. At the same time, it analyzes the enrollment difficulties faced by local colleges and universities under the background of the new college entrance examination reform, and their breakthrough direction and development strategy, hoping to provide enrollment reference for local colleges and universities with less experience, in order to support local colleges and universities to optimize the enrollment quality and achieve the expected enrollment level.
