摘要
【摘 要】目的：分析研究复方甘草酸苷与阿维 A胶囊联合治疗银屑病的疗效和安全性。方法：选取本院 68例银屑病患者开展本次研究，标本纳入时间范围为 2018年 04月 -2019年 05月，所有患者通过数字表法进行平均分组，分别为参照组和观察组，各 34例。其中单独给予阿维 A胶囊治疗的为参照组，给予复方甘草酸苷与阿维 A胶囊联合治疗的为观察组，比较两组的治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果：在治疗总有效率的比较上，观察组（ 97.06%）较之参照组（ 76.47%）明显更高（ P<0.05） ;在不良反应发生率的比较上，观察组（ 14.71%）较之参照组（ 38.24%）明显更低（ P<0.05）。结论：在治疗银屑病的过程中，予以患者复方甘草酸苷与阿维 A胶囊联合用药方案，能够促使临床疗效得到进一步的提升，患者用药期间的不良反应也会明显减少，具有推广价值。

[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the efficacy and safety of Compound Glycyrrhizin and acitretin capsules in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods: 68 cases of psoriasis patients in our hospital were selected to carry out this study. The samples were included in the time range from April 2018 to may 2019. All patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with 34 cases in each group. The control group was given acitretin capsules alone, and the observation group was given Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with acitretin capsules. The therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group (97.06%) was significantly higher than that of the reference group (76.47%) (P < 0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (14.71%) was significantly lower than that in the reference group (38.24%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the treatment of psoriasis, the combination of Compound Glycyrrhizin and acitretin capsules can further improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the adverse reactions during the treatment, which is worthy of promotion.
