摘要
【摘 要】目的：评价妊娠子痫前期剖宫产术后护理中舒适护理、健康教育的应用价值，为产科妊娠子痫前期剖宫产术护理工作提供参考。方法：选择我院产科 2017年 3月 -2019年 10月期间收治的妊娠子痫前期剖宫产术患者（ n=90），随机分为不同护理的对照组和观察组，各 45例。对照组行常规护理，观察组行常规护理 +舒适护理 +健康教育。对比 2组妊娠子痫前期剖宫产术产妇护理满意度、舒适度以及情绪评分变化情况。结果：观察组妊娠子痫前期剖宫产术产妇护理总满意度以及总舒适度均明显高于对照组， SAS、 SDS评分均明显低于对照组， P均 <0.05。结论：妊娠子痫前期剖宫产术后在常规护理的基础上配合舒适护理以及健康教育更利于稳定产妇情绪、提高产妇舒适度以及满意度，具有推行价值。

[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the application value of comfort nursing and health education in the postoperative nursing of pre eclampsia cesarean section. Methods: the cesarean section patients (n = 90) in our hospital from March 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group, each with 45 cases. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group received routine nursing + comfortable nursing + health education. The changes of nursing satisfaction, comfort and emotional score were compared between the two groups. Results: the total satisfaction and comfort of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: on the basis of routine nursing, comfortable nursing and health education after cesarean section in preeclampsia pregnancy is more conducive to stabilizing maternal mood, improving maternal comfort and satisfaction, and has implementation value.
