The monitoring of burden distribution uniformity and even sintering technology

摘要 AfterexpandingthecapacitybywideningthetrolleyoftheNo.3sinteringmachine,severeunevensinteringoccurredinthetrolley’slateraldistribution,whichaffectedtheoutputandqualityofsinter.Inthisstudy,thequantitativeevaluationindicesoftheburdenuniformdistributioninthewidthdirectionofthesinteringmachineisintroducedforthefirsttime.Bymeasuringthetemperatureofdischargedgas,aplanetemperaturefieldisconstructed.Throughanalyzingthetemperaturefieldandtheburdenlayer’sdifferentialthermalequilibrium,amathematicalmodelforevaluatingtheindices,whichisanonlinereflectionofthedegreeofuniformdistribution,isbuilt.Followingtheimprovementsinburdendistributionequipment,theoptimizationoftheignitionsystemandthedynamicadjustmentoftheprocess,theproblemofunevensinteringinlateraldistributionhasbeensolved,andthequalityandtheyieldofsinterhavebeenimproved.
