简介：【摘要】目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除手术护理方法及术中护理体会。方法：在我院 2019年 2月～ 2020年 2月选取进行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的患者 100例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组 50例患者采取常规护理模式；观察组 50例患者采取综合护理模式，比较两组患者对护理的满意度以及医生对术中配合的满意度。结果：两组患者对护理的满意度以及医生对术中配合的满意度都明显高于对照组（ P<0.05）。结论：腹腔镜手术的成功与否，关键和器械护理人员的术中配合有关，术中护理人员配合得当，可以保证手术操作过程中顺利进行，并在一定程度上缩短手术所用的时间，减轻病人的痛苦，提高手术的效果。  　　【关键词】腹腔镜、胆囊切除手术、术中护理、心理护理  　 [Abstract] Objective: To explore the nursing methods and nursing experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: 100 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. 50 patients in the control group were given conventional nursing mode, and 50 patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing mode. The satisfaction of patients with nursing and the satisfaction of doctors for intraoperative cooperation were compared between the two groups. Results: the patients' satisfaction with nursing and doctors' satisfaction with intraoperative cooperation in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the success of laparoscopic surgery, the key is related to the cooperation of the instrument nursing staff. The proper cooperation of the nursing staff during the operation can ensure the smooth operation, shorten the operation time to a certain extent, reduce the pain of patients and improve the effect of operation.
