简介：　　【摘要】 目的：回顾性分析对于未足月妊娠孕妇胎膜早破进行护理的体会。方法：选取 2018年 10月 -2019年 10月在笔者所在医院住院的未足月妊娠发生胎膜早破的孕妇 84例，在做好一般护理的同时，对患者的心理、用药情况、日常生活等进行针对性护理，统计分析在进行了这些细致周到的护理干预之后，孕妇的预后状况。结果：在对孕妇进行针对性护理干预之后，无一例孕妇发生感染，自然分娩占 65.48%，新生儿存活率 98.81%。结论：对于未足月妊娠发生胎膜早破的孕妇来说，在做好一般护理的同时，做好针对性护理干预，安抚患者的心理，对用药情况进行干预，减少感染发生等，可以提高孕妇的预后，降低胎儿的死亡率，值得在临床推广。  　　【关键词】 未足月妊娠； 胎膜早破； 护理干预  　 [Abstract] Objective: To retrospectively analyze the nursing experience of preterm pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes. Methods: from October 2018 to October 2019, 84 pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes in the hospital of the author were selected. While doing a good job in general nursing, targeted nursing was carried out on patients' psychology, medication and daily life, and the prognosis of pregnant women was statistically analyzed after these meticulous and thoughtful nursing interventions. Results: after the targeted nursing intervention for pregnant women, no pregnant women had infection, the natural delivery accounted for 65.48%, and the neonatal survival rate was 98.81%. Conclusion: for the pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes in preterm pregnancy, at the same time of doing a good job of general nursing, doing a good job of targeted nursing intervention, soothing the psychology of patients, intervening in drug use and reducing the incidence of infection can improve the prognosis of pregnant women and reduce the mortality rate of fetus, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
