简介:摘要目的对老年认知功能衰退的患者进行营养干预,然后观察分析临床效果.方法在中国天然气集团公司中心医院随机选取年龄在60岁以上的居民作为本次研究的对象,对其进行认知功能的评估,根据评估的结果从中筛选出认知功能衰减的老人60例,然后将其随机分为两组,即观察组和对照组,两组分别30例.观察组给予维生素及蓝莓-银杏叶制成的符复合制剂;而对照组仅给予安慰剂,上述营养支持的方法进行6个月.结果实验前两组研究对象的认知能力、BMI、血清维生素E血清维生素C以及同型半胱氨酸的含量基本相似,(P>0.05)无统计学意义.然而,经过一段时间的营养干预后,观察组的认知能力测试结果显著优于对照组,也较营养干预前明显提升;BMI、血清维生素E血清维生素C的含量测定较对照组高,同型半胱氨酸的含量有所下降.结论对老年认知功能衰退的人进行营养干预(给予维生素及蓝莓-银杏叶制成的符复合制剂),在一定程度上对认知功能障碍有所改善.关键词认知功能衰退;营养干预;老年人;观察AbstractObjectiveToobservetheclinicaleffectofnutritionalinterventionfortheelderlypatientswithcognitivedecline.Methodstworesidentsagedover60yearswereselectedasthesubjectsofthisstudy.Accordingtotheresultsoftheassessment,60patientswithcognitivefunctionwereselected,thentheywererandomlydividedintotwogroupsobservationgroupandcontrolgroup,30casesineachgroup.TheobservationgroupwasgiventhecompoundpreparationofvitaGminandblueberryleaves,whilethecontrolgroupwasgivenplacebo,andthenutritionalsupportwas6months.Resultsthecognitiveability,C,serumvitaminBMIandserumvitaminElevelsofthetwogroupsweresimilartothatofthesametype,(P>0.05).However,afteraperiodofnutritionintervention,thecognitiveabiliGtyoftheobservationgroupwassignificantlybetterthanthecontrolgroup,anditwassignificantlyimprovedcomparedwiththecontrolgroup,BMI,serumvitaminCcontentwashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup,andthecontentofhomocysteinewasdecreased.ConclusionnutritionalinterventionfortheelderlypatientswithcKogeynitwivoerddseclineintheelderly(givenbythecombinationofvitaminandblueberryleaves),inacertainextent,improvedthecognitivedysfunction.cognitivedecline;Nutritionintervention;Theelderly;Toobservethe中图分类号R814.4文献标识码B文章编号1008-6315(2015)12-0435-02
