简介：Thesourcesofmarineoilspillsaremainlyfromaccidentsofmarineoiltankersorfreighters,marineoil-drillingplatforms,marineoilpipelines,marineoilfields,terrestrialpollution,oil-bearingatmosphere,andoffshoreoilproductionequipment.Itisconcludeduponanalysisthattherearetwomainreasonsformarineoilspills:(I)Themotiveforhugeeconomicbenefitsofoilindustryownersandoilshippingagentsfarsurpassestheirsenseofecologicalrisks.(II)Marineecologicalsafetyhasnotbecomethemainconcernofnationalsecurity.Oilspillsaredisastersbecausehumanssparenoeffortstogeteconomicbenefitsfromoil.Thepresentpaperdrawsanotherconclusionthatmarineecologicaldamagecausedbyoilspillscanberoughlydividedintotwocategories:damagetomarineresourcevalue(directvalue)anddamagetomarineecosystemservicevalue(indirectvalue).Marineoilspillscausedamagetomarinebiological,fishery,seawater,tourismandmineralresourcestovariousextents,whichcontributestothelowerqualityandvalueofmarineresources.
