简介:Thispaperpresentsaflexiblemethodfortherepresentationofweldedseambasedonsplineinterpolation.Inthismethod,thetoolpathofweldingrobotcanbegeneratedautomaticallyfroma3DCADmodel.ThistechniquehasbeenimplementedanddemonstratedintheFANUCArcWeldingRobotWorkstation.Accordingtothemethod,asoftwaresystemisdevelopedusingVBAofSolidWorks2006.ItoffersaninterfacebetweenSolidWorksandROBOGUIDE,theoff-lineprogrammingsoftwareofFANUCrobot.Itcombinesthestrongmodelingfunctionoftheformerandthesimulatingfunctionofthelatter.Italsohasthecapabilityofcommunicationwithon-linerobot.Theresultdatahaveshownitshighaccuracyandstrongreliabilityinexperiments.Thismethodwillimprovetheintelligenceandtheflexibilityoftheweldingrobotworkstation.
简介:Microstructureoftransientliquidphase(TLP)diffusionbondedathirdgenerationsinglecrystalsuperalloyjointwasinvestigatedusingscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),andmechanicalpropertiestestofjointwascarriedout,forobtainingrelationshipbetweenmicrostructureandmechanicalpropertiesofjoint.Theresultsshowedthatthejointcontainedbondingzoneandbasemetal.Thediffusionzonewasobviouslyobserved.Whenitwasnotfinishedforisothermalsolidificationprocess,thebondingzonewouldcontainisothermalsolidificationzoneandrapidsolidificationzone.Metallographicexaminationrevealedthatisothermalsolidificationzonewasconsistedofyandphase.Rapidsolidificationzonewasconsistedoftwodifferentstructures,whichwereternaryeutecticofborides,yandy,phasedevelopingattheedgeofjoint,binaryeutecticofyandphaseappearingintheportionofjoint.Whenitwasnotenoughforhomogenizationprocessundertheconditionoffinishingisothermalsolidificationprocess,thebondingzonewouldcontainisothermalsolidificationzoneandboridesattheinterface.Undertheconditionsofrelativelyhighweldingtemperatureandlongweldingtime,averagetensilestrengthofjointwasequivalenttothatofparentmaterial.
