简介:随着渤海湾周边地区经济的快速发展,水路运输已经成为辽宁,山东等地客货运输的动脉和纽带,国家关于回忆东北老工业基地振兴和将大连建成东北亚重要国际透支中心等重要政策的出台和实施,使得渤海湾水城海上交通更加繁忙。渤海湾水域特殊的地理位置和气象条件以及客滚船劳动的特殊性,使其安全问题成为全社会关注的焦点。该水域已被交通部确定为“四区一线”重点监管水域之一,客滚船也被确定为“四容一危”重点监管船舶之一。去年9月27日,在辽宁海事局和山东海事局联合倡导下,在交通部,部海事局和当地政府各级领导的高度重视和支持下,在各有关单位的共同努力下,烟火“安全、畅通、文明”航线创建活动正式启动,为更好地了解创建活动所取得的成效,总结推广客滚船安全管理经验,找出管理上存在的问题,从而进一步深化创建活动,日前本刊记者赴烟台,大连两地走访了海事部门,客滚船公司,客运站,港口管理局等单位。
简介:BasedonthetraditionalSmoothedParticleHydrodynamics(SPH)algorithm,thelinked-listsearchalgorithmcombinedwiththevariablesmoothinglengthandsquaresupportdomainwasputforwardtoimprovethecalculationefficiencyandguaranteethecalculationaccuracy.Thephysicalprocessofhighvelocityfragmentimpactonabroadsideliquidcabinwasprogrammedforsimulation.ThenumericalresultsagreedwellwiththoseofthegeneralsoftwareANSYSAUTODYN,whichverifiestheeffectivenessandfeasibilityofthenumericalmethod.Fromtheperspectiveoftheouterplatethicknessoftheliquidcabin,thewidthoftheliquidcabin,andincidentangleofthefragment,theinfluenceoftheseparametersonprotectivemechanismswasanalyzedtoprovideabasisforprotectivedesignofabroadsideliquidcabin.Resultsshowthattheinfluenceofouterplatethicknessisnotobvious;therefore,theconventionaldesigncanbeadoptedinthedesignoftheouterplate.Thewidthoftheliquidcabinhasagreatinfluenceontheresidualvelocityofthefragmentandthewidthoftheliquidcabinshouldbedesignedtobeaswideaspossibleunderthepremiseofmeetingotherrequirements.Thereisacertainincidentangleinwhichthevelocityattenuationofthefragmentismostobvious,andthehigh-pressurezoneneartheinnerplateisasymmetric.Theinnerplateofliquidcabinshouldbestrengthenedaccordingtothehullform,principaldimensions,andvulnerablepoints.
简介:Theplowofthesubmarineplowingtrencherisoneofthemainfunctionalmechanisms,anditsoptimizationisveryimportant.Thedesignparametersplayaverysignificantroleindeterminingtherequirementsofthetowingforceofavessel.Amulti-objectivegeneticalgorithmbasedonanalyticalmodelsoftheplowsurfacehasbeenexaminedandappliedineffortstoobtainoptimaldesignoftheplow.Foraspecificsoilcondition,thedraftforceandmoldboardsurfaceareawhicharethekeyparametersintheworkingprocessoftheplowareoptimizedbyfindingthecorrespondingoptimalvaluesoftheplowbladepenetrationangleandtwosurfaceanglesofthemaincuttingbladeoftheplow.Parameterssuchasthemoldboardsideangleofdeviation,moldboardliftangle,angularvariationofthetangentline,andthespanninglengtharealsoanalyzedwithrespecttotheforceofthemoldboardsurfacealongsoilflowdirection.Resultsshowthattheoptimizedplowhasanimprovedplowperformance.Thedraftforcesofthemaincuttingbladeandthemoldboardare10.6%and7%,respectively,lessthantheoriginaldesign.ThestandarddeviationofGaussiancurvatureofmoldboardisloweredby64.5%,whichimpliesthatthesmoothnessoftheoptimizedmoldboardsurfaceismuchgreaterthantheoriginal.
