简介：摘要：研究所基建管理部门及项目管理人员通过几年的基建工作实践，积累了一些有益的经验，并在研究所承担实施的项目管理工作中进行了一些有益的尝试，从项目申报、立项、验收、绩效考评等实施管理做法及取得的成效得到了主管部门充分肯定，多次在院部系统作交流介绍经验。本文主要结合自身工作，对如何做好项目实施管理过程中关键节点提出几点见解。
