简介：Intheeraoftherapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnology,itisofgreatsignificancetostudythecombinationofintelligenttourismindustryandinformationindustryandevaluatetheintelligenttourisminformationservicecapabilities(ITISC).ThepurposeofthisstudyistoexploreamethodologicalapproachofassessingITISC,andofferinsightsintothetheoreticalinvestigationandpracticaldevelopmentofITISC.First,factoranalysisisusedtodeterminetheobjectofintelligenttourisminformationserviceandthekeyevaluationitemsofITISC.Next,analytichierarchyprocess(AHP)isappliedtotheITISCevaluationofHanzhongCity,apopulartouristattractioninChina,asanexampletoverifytheauthenticityandoperabilityoftheindexsystem.Then,importance-performanceanalysisisconductedtodiagnosethestrengthsandweaknessesofHanzhongCity’sITISCconstructionandsomecorrespondingmeasuresareputforward.Thefindingssuggestthatonlythroughtheimprovementoftourismpublicdatabase,theestablishmentofbigdataanalysissystemandtheapplicationofvariousformsofmobileintelligentterminalcanachievethegeneralizationoftourisminformation,seamless,instant,preciseandinteractive,whichwillbethedevelopmentgoalofintelligenttourisminformationservice.
