简介：P2P网贷是近几年兴起的一种新型民间借贷模式,作为传统银行借贷的一个补充,P2P网贷的发展必须建立在投资者信任的基础上。该文首先基于P2P网贷的现状和信任理论建立P2P网贷的信任模型。然后遴选国内105家网贷平台的1072条网络借贷的数据进行实证研究,发现我国P2P网贷的投资者对网络借贷的信任首先是基于对平台的信任,其次才是对借款人的信任。平台的背景、资本实力、上线时间和抵押担保方式等均显著影响利率。借款人身份、借款期限、借款金额等对借款利率也产生影响。
