简介:近年来,地震作用下的匝道桥表现出较高的地震易损性。为建立匝道桥的有效约束方式,以减小其地震损伤,本文基于汶川地震中连续梁桥约束方式的调研结果,建立了4种不同匝道桥支座约束方式,并以石家庄石环线某匝道桥为例,对比分析了不同约束方式下匝道桥的自振特性及地震响应。结果表明:板式橡胶支座具有一定的剪切变形能力,可降低桥墩与支座组成的体系刚度,有效分散了上部结构的地震惯性力,保护了下部结构,但应注意其引起的较大主梁位移;固定支座或墩梁固结形式会放大桥墩受力,增加下部结构的损坏,不宜设置在高度较矮、刚度较大的桥墩上;双层挡块和垫石凹槽分级限位支座具有较好的限位能力,并可耗散部分地震能量。
简介:MostcurrentprestackAVAjointinversionmethodsarebasedontheexactZoeppritzequationanditsvariousapproximations.However,theseequationsonlyreflecttherelationbetweenreflectioncoefficients,incidenceangles,andelasticparametersoneithersideoftheinterface,whichmeansthatwave-propagationeffects,suchassphericalspreading,attenuation,transmissionloss,multiples,andeventmismatchingofP-andS-waves,arenotconsideredandcannotaccuratelydescribethetruepropagationcharacteristicsofseismicwaves.ConventionalAVAinversionmethodsrequirethatthesewave-propagationeffectshavebeenfullycorrectedorattenuatedbeforeinversionbuttheserequirementscanhardlybesatisfiedinpractice.Usingaone-dimensional(1D)earthmodel,thereflectivitymethodcansimulatethefullwavefieldresponseofseismicwaves.Therefore,weproposeanonlinearmulticomponentprestackAVAjointinversionmethodbasedonthevectorizedreflectivitymethod,whichusesafastnondominatedsortinggeneticalgorithm(NSGAII)tooptimizethenonlinearmultiobjectivefunctiontoestimatemultipleparameters,suchasP-wavevelocity,S-wavevelocity,anddensity.Thisapproachisrobustbecauseitcansimultaneouslycopewithmorethanoneobjectivefunctionwithoutintroducingweightcoefficients.Modeltestsprovetheeffectivenessoftheproposedinversionmethod.Basedontheinversionresults,wefindthatthenonlinearprestackAVAjointinversionusingthereflectivitymethodyieldsmoreaccurateinversionresultsthantheinversionbyusingtheexactZoeppritzequationwhenthewave-propagationeffectsoftransmissionlossandinternalmultiplesarenotcompletelycorrected.
简介:Anewmulti-moderesistivityimagingsonde,withtoroidalcoilsassource,canconductthreeresistivitymeasurements:azimuthalresistivity,lateralresistivity,andbitresistivitymeasurements.Thus,theloggingtimeandcostaregreatlysaved.Thetoroidalcoilsaresimplifiedasanextendedvoltagedipoleandtheresponseequationsarederivedforahomogenousformation.Basedon3DFEM,thedepthofinvestigation(DOI),verticalresolution,circumferentialazimuthalcapacity,boreholediameter,mudresistivity,thicknessoftargetformation,andtheresistivityofthesurroundingformationandmudinvasionaresimulated.TheresultssuggestthatthethreemeasurementmodesofthenewsondearedifferentinverticalresolutionsandDOIs.Thecircumferentialdetectionabilityoftheazimuthbuttondependsonthecontrastbetweentheanomalyandformationresistivityandtheopenangleoftheanomaly.Whethertheboreholeistruncatedatthebitornothasagreatinfluenceonthesimulationresults.Theboreholeandmudinvasionaffecttheapparentresistivityinallmodes,buttheeffectsofresistivityofsurroundingformationandthicknessofthetargetformationareonlycorrectedforlateralresistivitymeasurement.
简介:各省、自治区、直辖市人民政府,国务院各部委、各直属机构:制定行政规范性文件(以下简称规范性文件)是行政机关或者经法律、法规授权的具有管理公共事务职能的组织(以下统称行政机关)依法履行职能的重要方式。对规范性文件进行合法性审核是确保行政机关出台的规范性文件合法有效的重要措施。全面推行规范性文件合法性审核机制,是推进依法行政、建设法治政府的必然要求,有利于维护国家法制统一、政令统一,有利于从源头上防止违法文件出台、促进行政机关严格规范公正文明执法,有利于保障公民、法人和其他组织的合法权益。《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》提出,要完善规范性文件合法性审核机制。中共中央、国务院印发的《法治政府建设实施纲要(2015-2020年)》要求完善规范性文件制定程序,落实合法性审核制度。为全面推行规范性文件合法性审核机制,经党中央、国务院同意,现提出以下意见。
