简介:Wehavestudiedafunction-lockstrategyforall-opticallogicgate(AOLG)utilizingthecross-polarizationmodulation(CPM)effectinasemiconductoropticalamplifier(SOA).Bymonitoringthepoweroflogiclight,thestrategyrealizedcontrollablemethodstocaptureORandNORfunctionsandswitchbetweenthem.Thestrategyhasbeensuccessfullyappliedinexperimentwith10-Gb/snot-return-to-zero(NRZ)signals,whichhasahighsuccess-rateabove95%andensuresthehighextinctionratioofresultlightabove11.4dB.Everystepinthestrategyhasdefinitenumericevaluation,whichprovidesthepotentialofautomaticimplementation.
