简介:Objective:Tostudytheoccurrenceanddevelopmentofprimarysyphilisfromamorphologicalandstructuralaspect.Results:Thepathologicalchangesofsyphiliticchancreoccurmainlyinthedermallayer,manifestedaspartialthinningorlysisofthecapillarybasalmembrane,proliferationofcapillaryendothelialcells,thickeningofsomecollagenfibersandruptureofcollagenfiberssurroundingT.pallidum,structuraldisruptionoftheaxonsofterminalnerves,disarrangementofthesheathofthemyelinatednervefiberswithseparationoflaminaeandtheattachmentofT.pallidumonitsoutermembrane,appearanceofslightlyswollenT.pallidumintheplasmaofthecapillaryendothelialcellsandfibroblasts,andinfiltrationofneutrophils,macrophagesandplasmacellscontainingT.pallidumanditsdebrisfrequentlylinedbyaclearsheath.Conclusion:Thepathogenesisandinjuryofmechanisminprimarysyphiliscanbeexplainedmorphologicallybyitscharacteristicultrastructuralpathologicalchanges.

简介:Objective:Toexploretheeffectofmorphologicalchangesinthedevelopmentofcondylomaacuminatum(CA)MaterialsandMethods:LesionsinfivepatientswithCAwereobserved.Results:Uponelectronmicroscopy,themostcharacteristicfeatureofthelesionsimportantfordiagnosis,wasthepresenceofdistinctperinuclearvacuolizations,orso-calledkoilocytes,amongsomeepithelialcells.Thesecellspossessedhyperchromaticnuclei,swollenmitochondria,dilatedendoplasmicreticulumanddissolvedglycogen.Therewereinterchromatingranulesandperichromatingranulesinsomenuclei.Moreoversomevirusparticleswerealsoseeninthenucleiofsomeinfectedcells.Conclusions:Theultrastructuralfindingsmaybeusedtohistopathologicallyexplainthepathogenesisandmechanismofthisdisease,anditishelpfulfordiagnosisofCA.
简介:Inthepresentpaper,theauthorreportstheresultsofacupunctureofHouding(GV19)andotheracupointsselectedalongthemeridianfortreatingsciatica.Atotalof92sciaticapatientswererandomlydividedintoHoudinggroup(n=62)andcontrolgroup(n=30).InHoudinggroup,patientsweretreatedmainlywithpuncturingHouding(GV19),combinedwithHuantiao(GB30)whennecessary.Incontrolgroup,patientsweretreatedwithHuantiao(GB30),Yanglingquan(GB34)orZhibian(BL54),Weizhong(BL40),Chengshan(BL57),Kunlun(BL60),etc.whichwereselectedalongtherouteofmeridian.Resultsindicatedthatfollowing10sessionsoftreatment,inHouingandcontrolgroups,ofthe62and30cases,44and15werebasicallycured,18and10wereimproved,0and5failedinthetreatment,withthetotaleffectiveratesbeing100%and83,3%respectively.ThetherapeuticeffectofHouding(GV19)issignificantlysuperiortothatofacupointsselectedalongthemeridian.
