简介:摘要冲裁是指运用模具沿确定的轮廓外形发生分离的一种工序。冲裁包括冲孔、落料、切口、切边、冲缺、剖切、整修等。其中以冲孔、落料最为普遍。因为冲裁工艺具备高效、便捷的特性,在现实生产过程中,得到了广泛的应用。本文针对冲裁工艺中主要的两大类冲孔和落料以及其相应的模具结构设计进行总结分析,并对将来的发展趋向进行了预测论述。
