简介:摘要经济在快速的发展,社会在不断的进步,在整个电梯装置中,制动器构成了其中的核心部件。电梯制动器是否具备良好的质量,直接关系着电梯运行中的可靠性与稳定性。实质上,电梯制动器包含了较复杂的内部构件,某些情况下也很可能突然发生部件失效的现象,一旦机械部件突然发生失效现象,那么正在运行的电梯将会突然失去控制,这种现状不利于保障轿厢内乘客的安全;情况严重时,由于失效而自由滑动的电梯轿厢还可能挤压或者剪切乘客,因而导致更严重的伤害。为此对于电梯制动器而言,应当明确机械部件可能导致的失效风险;结合制动器运行的真实状况,探求防范失效风险的可行措施。
