简介:摘要:本文研究了柠檬酸、乙酸、丁二酸、苹果酸、乳酸、丙酸作为络合剂时对低磷化学镀镍的影响,以沉积速率、镀层磷含量、孔隙率及硬度为评价指标。镀液的基础配方为:硫酸镍 29 g/L,次磷酸钠 25 g/L,醋酸钠 15 g/L,络合剂,十二烷基硫酸钠 6 mg/L,硫脲1.5mg/L,时间1 h。结果表明,乳酸和丙酸单独作为络合剂时可得到低磷镀层,其余络合剂体系下所得镀层磷含量大于5%,且镀层的孔隙率较大,硬度低。当采用乳酸-丙酸进行复配时可获得镀层磷含量为3.87%,沉积速率高达16.31μm/h,镀层孔隙率低至0.70个/cm2,镀态硬度达294.6 HV。
