简介:制革行业所用的染料一般是采用纺织用染料,皮革专用染料趋向于开发联苯胺的代用品、金属络合染料以及活性染料。皮革专用染料要求能与皮纤维很好地结合,具有较好的耐光、耐洗、耐摩擦坚牢度、良好的匀染特性以及具有使用安全无毒的特点。相比之下,国外皮革专用染料品种多,质量好,如德国拜耳、巴斯夫公司、瑞士山姆士公司都有几十种皮革专用染料。自1995年德国政府禁止生产和销售会产生致癌芳香胺的偶氮染料所染色的纺织品和皮革制品,对中国染料界和皮革界震动很大。皮革染色所常用的染料为直接、酸性染料,被禁用的染料不少品种是皮革染色常用的染料,如直接黑BN,酸性大红GR等,所以开发皮革专用染料已成为一项紧迫任务。
