简介:摘要:通过低倍组织观察、晶间腐蚀观察、力学性能测试、电导率测试,对比研究了热挤压与冷拔2024铝合金管材组织和性能,试验结果表明:在退火状态下,热挤压管材力学性能与冷拔管材性能相当,热挤压管材组织更为细小,在固溶温度为一定条件下,固溶时间由40min提高90min,铝合金管材晶粒组织增大,耐晶间腐蚀性能提高,力学性能略微提高,电导率值增大。
