简介:摘要近年来,神府地区各煤矿都已完成机械化改造,由于降尘的需要,机采煤的全水份基本控制在15%左右,其中外水12%,如若做为电煤使用,在硫化床锅炉工艺中,水份值超过入炉煤水份指标,因小型硫化床锅炉的燃运系统所能适应的外水最大值为10%,长时间超过这个值生产运转,会造成燃运系统从破碎机、给料机、炉前煤仓等各环节堵塞严重,基于这种情况考虑,对入炉煤进行脱水是很有必要的,采用微波干燥方式,能更好的达到设备正常运行条件,减少劳动强度。
