简介:目的探讨备用状态移动式吸引器末端引流瓶吸引孔、吸引管细菌污染的情况,同时检测污染的细菌种类。方法用常规细菌培养法对全院各病区吸引器引流瓶吸引孔及吸引管采集样本作细菌学培养,并鉴定细菌类型。结果检测的48份标本中,细菌污染率60.4%,为表皮葡萄球菌,大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌等。结论吸引器引流瓶吸引孔、吸引管细菌污染可能是院内感染的危险因素,很有必要进行彻底清洁、消毒、去除潜在污染源。
