简介：摘要目的通过对527例非小细胞肺癌P63、TTF-1、Napsin-A表达的分析，探讨这三个免疫组化指标在非小细胞肺癌中表达的意义。方法采用SPSS17.0统计软件包进行分析，P63、TTF-1、Napsin-A在非小细胞肺癌中的表达情况采用X?检验，以P<0.05为标准来说明差异具有统计学意义。结果P63在肺鳞癌中阳性表达率为98.5%，在肺腺癌中阳性表达率为16.5%，X2=365.889，P=0.000差异显著；TTF-1在肺鳞癌中阳性表达率为1.3%，在肺腺癌中阳性表达为率92.9%，X2=443.710，P=0.000，差异显著；Napsin-A在肺鳞癌中阳性表达率为1.3%，在肺腺癌中阳性表达为率86.3%，X2=287.312，P=0.000，差异显著。结论P63、TTF-1、Napsin-A在非小细胞肺癌中对于鳞癌和腺癌的鉴别诊断具有很高的临床价值。
